ART. 1 – APPLICABILITY

The privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that is provided to us, for example via the contact form, opt-in form of the free giveaways or orders that you place on our website.

Processor/Controller/Administrator attach great importance to the privacy statement of our data subjects/customers and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data.

Processor/Controller/Administrator processes data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Facilitator is responsible within the meaning of the GDPR for the processing of your personal data.

This means that we alone determine which personal data is processed, for what purpose, and in what manner.

Processor/Controller/Administrator are responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed properly and with due care in accordance with the GDPR. In the privacy statement, Processor/Controller/Administrator explains which data Processor/Controller/Administrator processes and for what purpose it is used.

ART.4 – REASON FOR PROCESSING

The data is collected and stored for the following purposes:

We use your name and email address to send newsletters and Meta Advertisements.

processor/controller will never add your email address to a mailing list!

  • Your name, email address, website and telephone number and/or microsoft teams address that you enter in a contact form / support form, for a quote request, or by normal email, are used to make a quote. The emails that are sent via the contact forms are sent in the processor/responsible person's mailbox and are stored and maintained there for 5 years. Until the moment you become a customer of ours, we do not put this data in the processor/responsible person's e-mail marketing system.
  • When you fill out the contact form / support form, your name and email address are required to provide you with a response.
  • Your name, email address, birth details and physical address are used by the processor/responsible for creating invoices when you request or purchase a service or product via honoredaniel.com
  • It is possible that data is included in the database of the processor/controller because it is obtained via a channel other than the website of the processor/controller. This could include contact via telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, social media or a third party. In the aforementioned cases, the data actively provided by the data subject will only be used for the purpose for which it was left.

By providing the data, you give the processor/controller permission to use the data for the above-mentioned purposes. In addition, some of this data is necessary for the execution of the agreement, if certain services must be performed for you. The processor/controller therefore processes your data on the basis of this privacy statement and the general terms and conditions.

ART 5 – EARLY VERIFICATION OF DATA

Processor/controller may check data provided by data subject in the registers of the Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of such check is solely to verify the correctness of the data.

ART 6. – WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Processor/controller shares personal data of data subject with various third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. A processing agreement is concluded with companies that process data of data subject on behalf of processor/controller to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of data of data subject. Processor/controller remains responsible for this processing. In addition, processor/controller provides personal data of data subject to other third parties. Processor/controller only does this with the express consent of data subject.

Processor/controller uses the following suppliers who process personal data on behalf of processor/controller, with each of whom processing agreements have been concluded (if already available): MailChimp, Calendly, Meta.

Mailing provider

Your personal data is stored in the FluentCRM database of the website honoredaniel.com, hosted by one.com. The servers of one.com are located in Sweden. Your data may therefore be transferred, stored and processed in Sweden. See how one.com handles the privacy of your data.

Retargeting

In addition, we share data obtained through downloading a free document with Facebook in order to create advertising target groups. More information about Meta's privacy policy can be found here . Your data can also be transferred by Facebook to the United States. This transfer of data also takes place on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework . ART 7 – VARIA

There are a few other people who have access to your data including the accountant, web host, virtual assistant and my personal assistant & IT people.

And Co-Hosts and (co)organizers who organize or set up the live and online events.

I have concluded a processing agreement with these people so that it is clear how they protect your data.

I also regularly co-create live and online classes/webinars with other people. This will be clearly stated when announcing & registering for the classes! Your details will then be shared with these people after registering for these free or paid events and for the registration of the classes & certification.

When you register for webinars & online classes, this will usually be via zoom.us (see here how they handle privacy).

ART.8 – SECURITY & PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  1. Data provided via the website of the processor/controller is only transferred with an encrypted (secure) SSL connection, so that a third party cannot intercept the data to be sent or received. The data subject recognizes the active secure connection by a visible 'lock' at the top of the address bar of the web browser. For a manual of a web browser, always consult the builder such as Microsoft, Mozilla, Google, etc.
  2. Provided data will be transferred to a SSL secured server after receipt. The aforementioned environment(s) will be shared with any online accessible system.
  3. Processor/controller takes the protection of data of data subject seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. ART.9 – RETENTION PERIOD

We do not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received.

  • When you unsubscribe from emails, you will be placed on an unsubscribe list that will NO LONGER be emailed. However, you will remain in the system for a maximum of 1 year until the Processor/Controller completely removes the unsubscribe list.
  • If you are a customer, invoices containing your data will be processed with a retention period in accordance with legal obligations.
  • The above term applies unless the Processor/Controller has further legal obligations to retain and/or keep the data available for a longer period.

ART. 11 – USE OF WEBSITE

ART. 13 – RIGHT TO ACCESS YOUR DATA

  1. Once the data subject has been entered on a server of the processor/controller, the processor/controller stores the (actively provided) data of the data subject.
  2. The data subject may at any time submit a request for access to the processor/controller and the processor/controller will comply with this by providing an overview with an understandable printout containing the data as registered by the processor/controller.
  3. It is the responsibility of the data subject to keep his/her data up to date by providing changes to the processor/controller in a timely manner. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request us in writing to change or supplement your data. You also have the right to inspect your personal data and the right to rectify your personal data. If you want to know which personal data we process about you, you can submit a written request for inspection.

In addition, you have the right to have your personal data erased, the right to limit the processing and the right to object to the processing. In addition, you have the right to transfer or make your data transferable. You can also submit a written request for this.
